Our Sports Performance Training program utilizes resistance training to enhance speed, power, explosiveness and strength as it relates to an athlete’s particular sport and position. What makes our sports performance training unique is our holistic approach to enhancing one’s athleticism. We work with athlete’s to develop their strength, promote the importance of practicing proper mechanics as well as sharpen their mental, visual and auditory skills.  Simply, we engage athletes in the process of becoming students of themselves in their sport. This is key to achieving successful outcomes.

The program emphasizes off platform exercises, training and resources which complement the resistance techniques designed in this program.
