Starting Saturday, October 12th, ending Sunday, November 3rd.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>VERTICAL JUMP TRAINING CLINIC<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>We have taken our years of experience working with athletes in our previous <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1nLYL5QpfuAYz-P9fWeuthMgwbXHnzax9\/view?usp=sharing\">Philly Vertimax Jump Clinic<\/a>, from various sports to develop this science-based training clinic. Ultimately, our goal is to not only improve an athlete&#8217;s explosiveness and vertical jump ability, but their\u00a0knowledge and approach to this form of jump training.\u00a0 In addition, as former athletes, we train from a personal perspective as well. This is a positive <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-3082 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/phillyvertimax.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/Philly-VMax-Clips.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"228\" height=\"231\" \/>educational environment for athletes who are <strong>serious<\/strong> about taking their athleticism to the next level. Athletes will learn specific exercises, body mechanics and training techniques to achieve optimum results. Most importantly, they will learn how their body moves and how to optimize that movement.\u00a0 In addition, they will learn about the epicenter of movement, the central nervous system, and its connection to muscle activation and movement.<\/p>\n<p>Each week athletes will go through an assessment, intense training and receive additional exercises and techniques to work on between sessions. To make sure athletes are staying on task with their training, we have created an online group, <em><strong>Jump Clinic 2024, <\/strong><\/em>via our Telegram app, to answer questions and provide additional tutorials. You will receive a link to join our group, once you register.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3><strong>WHICH SPORT WILL BENEFIT MOST FROM THIS CLINIC?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>If you are an outfielder needing to increase your vertical to catch high balls, a volleyball or basketball player looking to dominate above net or a wide receiver looking to increase catches over your opponent &#8211; this clinic is DEFINITELY for you!\u00a0 The benefits of explosive power training varies from sport to sport. If we can measure it, then we can improve it! Therefore, it is imperative to be armed with the right knowledge to produce explosive power and increase verticals. We use the world&#8217;s top sports performance training equipment to measure strength, power, rate of force development, range of motion, movement quality, speed, balance and more!<\/p>\n<p>Each athlete&#8217;s progress will be assessed and tested using the latest sports performance training technology, <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>FORCEDECKS<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span>to record their hang time, vertical jump, strength, asymmetry and various other movements .
